Is ProCare insurance?

No. ProCare is an employer-paid care programme alongside CNSS cover: agreed consultations, medicines and tests. It does not cover hospitalisation; services, caps and exclusions are set out in your written proposal.

Can employees’ families join?

Let us know what you have in mind. Eligible members and their terms must be specified in the offer.

What can the employer see?

HR teams follow enrolment and programme administration information. Medical records remain subject to their own confidentiality and access rules.

When can the programme start?

We agree the date after the offer is approved and enrolment is prepared.
