What can a company health programme add?

The law sets a minimum. A company programme adds faster access to a doctor, check-ups, chronic illness follow-up and lab tests without leaving work. It replaces neither contributions nor compulsory exams.

In Djibouti, Medyc’s ProCare programme starts at 12,000 DJF per employee per month. Whatever offer you consider, get these points in writing:

  • Services included and number of consultations.
  • Who is covered: employees only, or spouses and children too.
  • Billing: price per employee, limits, exclusions, renewal.
  • Where care happens: by video, at home, which clinics.
  • Confidentiality: the employer sees usage, never diagnoses.
