What is Liberté?
Liberté is Medyc’s diabetes follow-up programme in Djibouti City. A care team follows your glucose readings and arranges your care, including video consultations, care at home and medicine delivery, as set out in your written offer.
How much does Liberté cost?
From 27,000 DJF per month. The exact price depends on the services and device you choose; it is confirmed in writing before you enrol.
Which glucose monitoring device is used?
Check with the team whether continuous glucose monitoring suits you. The device and supplies included are set out in your offer.
Does Liberté replace my doctor?
No. Treatment decisions stay with doctors. Liberté helps you follow your readings and organise your care between consultations.
Can I stop Liberté?
Yes. Unless your offer says otherwise, the monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time and ends at the end of the paid period.
Is this an emergency service?
No. If you feel unwell, have a severe hypo or any emergency, call 119 (SMUR) or 18 (fire brigade).
Is this service reimbursed by the CNSS?
No, Medyc services are not reimbursed by the CNSS at the moment. The price is confirmed before you book.
